Realm Rush Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VYLO NEXUS handles information when you play Realm Rush, use its optional store and leaderboard features, view ads, or contact support.

Game progress on your device

Realm Rush stores your chosen runner name, character selection, coins, upgrades, scores, run history, settings and ad timing on your device to operate the game and remember progress. The current build does not require a separate Realm Rush account. Multiplayer racing is disabled.

Advertising and consent

Realm Rush uses Google AdMob for scheduled ads and optional rewarded ads, such as revives and doubling a run's coins. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash logs and performance information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. IP addresses can be used to estimate approximate location. Realm Rush does not request GPS location, camera, microphone or contacts access for gameplay.

Where required, the app requests privacy choices through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices using Settings → Privacy choices. Device settings may also allow you to limit advertising identifiers or tracking. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertising-related processing.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play on Android and Apple's App Store on iOS. Realm Rush receives product identifiers, purchase tokens or verified transaction information, purchase status and subscription expiry information to grant or restore benefits. The game does not receive your full payment-card details. Android purchase verification requires a configured verification service; the current test build has no deployed verification service. If one is enabled, purchase tokens and an app-generated player identifier and runner name may be sent to that service for ownership verification. This policy must be updated before enabling a new service or changing these practices.

Optional leaderboards

When configured and available, worldwide leaderboards use Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. Scores are submitted through the platform service. Your platform profile, display name and leaderboard results may be visible to others according to the service's rules and your account settings. These services are not fully configured in the current test build.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message and any screenshots or diagnostic details you choose to provide. We use it to answer questions and investigate problems. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Sharing, storage and retention

Information is handled by the providers needed for the features above, including Google and Apple. Their processing may occur outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the game and its users. Advertising-related disclosures to third parties can be treated as sharing under some privacy laws; available choices are provided through the consent interface and device settings.

Local game data is retained while it remains in the app's storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes local progress; operating-system backups may retain copies under your backup settings. Google and Apple retain their own records according to their policies. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can clear local app data, uninstall the game, change available advertising choices, manage your platform profile, or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or Apple. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant regulator. Contact us using the email below to request help. Information controlled by Google or Apple may require a request to that provider.

Children

Realm Rush is intended for players ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support@vylocorp.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.

Security and changes

We use platform security features and encrypted connections where available. No system is completely secure. We will update this policy when the game's data practices change and identify the revised date here.
